Course Description

Welcome to this core training session, covering Equality and Diversity.  It is essential that you integrate these concepts into your fostering role, so that you can communicate mindfully with children and young people, parents and fellow professionals.

In this session, you will reflect upon your own perception of Equality and Diversity and your experiences related to fostering, alongside exploring current issues and dilemmas and the influence of legislation and policy.
